The summary table of the most interestingt 6-7-8 megapixel DSLR camera specifications

I’ve included into this table only six DSLR cameras because the only difference between the K100D and K110D is that the K100D has Pentax's own CCD-shift type 'Shake Reduction' system, as the K110D does not. There are some differences between Pentax K100 – 110 and Samsung GX-1S or GX-1L but it’s not important. You can read about these Digital SLR cams in my post: Nikon from D50 to D40, Panasonic DMC-L1 vs. Olympus E330 – which is great? As for Olympus SLRs look through The summary table of Olympus SLR: E330, E500, E410 and E510 specifications. With the previous table my blog contains all important information about new DSLR cameras under $1000.

Thanks Paul! But it's so interesting for me to know your opinion about any cams or about my feeble attempt of comparison.

Having recently seen it selling for under $500 I feel Olympus E330 is the best value on the market. E 330 is still Olympus's most advanced camera until the new E410 and E510 come. But at this price it stays more popular than new Olympus DSLR cameras. E410 and E510 are much expensive.
